Beyond my life...
Give a Legacy...Make an Impact.  With a planned gift to support The Center, we can provide vital support for our aging family and friends now and in the future.  Help us provide a sustainable future for generations to come.  Only a small portion of The Center's  budget comes from government sources; None of which are guaranteed.  The majority of our donations come from individuals like you.

The Legacy Begins...

On August 3, 2018, a momentous occasion occurred at the Payson Senior Center (“PSC”).  A Legacy Gift was presented to PSC by Trustee of Arlene Kowaliski, William Backes (Service First Financial Center, LLC) and her financial adviser, Chris Dock (Watermark Wealth Strategies, LLC).

What this means to PSC?  This is a vital step for our planned giving efforts that launched a year ago.  These funds are an investment in PSC’s future, our programs, and those we serve.  It is an investment that will help provide for our seniors in many years to come.

PSC knows that a good, responsible non-profit needs to be sustainable.  PSC does not charge for its services, it relies on donations, grants, Trinkets & Treasures, and limited government funding to provide for the needs of the elderly and disabled.  PSC recognizes the need to build a reserve fund for the future as costs rise and our community ages.

PSC primary programs are Meals on Wheels, Transportation, and Lunches at the Center.  Equally important are PSC’s healthy mind and body programs (exercise, cards, crafts, education, game, and support groups), its lending medical closet, and its resource center.  These programs are critical to assist in the fight against hunger, starvation, isolation and depression.  65% of the adult population in this area are 50 and older and will need some kind of resource or service.  PSC’s goal is to be there to help anyone who walks through their doors and help them through aging with dignity and quality of life.

BE A PART OF THIS LEGACY.  Invest in yourself, your children, grand-parents, parents, and the community. Your legacy gift will play an important role to ensure the Payson Senior Center is here to provide for the needs of seniors in the future.

Thank you Arlene Kowaliski for believing in PSC, for believing in what we do for our community and being committed to those we serve.  Your legacy will live on.
